This powerful turning center is equipped with a milling spindle, lower turret, and many new features to deliver higher productivity. A wide variety of optional specifications, such as the automatic long boring bar stocker and advanced threading software is especially effective for oil industry components and other industries that machine long, large diameter workpieces. For additional versatility, the main spindle bore is available in different sizes.

• Deep cutting spindle to realize higher precision and productivity
  Standard specifications of the powerful main spindle are: 37 kW (50HP) output, 326.3 kgf. m (2360 ft . lbs) maximum torque,2400 rpm maximum spindle speed and ƒÓ132 mm ( ƒÓ 5.2") main spindle bore. Optional sizes of the main spindle bore are: ƒÓ 185 (ƒÓ 7.3"), ƒÓ275 mm (ƒÓ 10.8") and ƒÓ320 mm (ƒÓ 12.6"). The C-Axis is driven by a drop worm system and has minimum program increments of 0.001 degree.

  In addition to threading, the manufacturing of oil pipe also requires drilling, tapping and groove machining. The powerful milling spindle, with an output of 11kW (15HP) and top speed of 3000 rpm, has the same machining capability of a mid-size machining center to realize high efficiency manufacturing.
