Palletech Manufacturing Cell and Hi-rise system
The PALLETECH MANUFACTURING CELL is designed with the flexibility required for shorter product life cycle, reduced in-process inventory, Just-in-Time production and other demands of today's manufacturing environment.
It is designed for convenient system expansion to easily respond to increased production requirements in the future.
It is controlled by the Mazatrol FUSION 640M CNC on one of the machining centers included in the system. Maximum size of the standard PALLETECH is 4 machining centers, 100 pallets and 4 loading station.
Palletech Hi-Rise System
2-level pallet stocker doubles the pallet storage capacity for longer hours of unmanned operation and enhanced space efficiency.
Size range from 400mm (15.75") to 1250mm (49.21") square pallets
Optional Mazatrol FMS Controller provides the maximum system size of 8 machining centers, 100 pallets and up to 8 loading stations. |
