  In order to ensure machining accuracy over extended periods of operation, the heat generated by the integral spindle/motor is reduced and the spindle vibration is significantly decreased. The standard 2-face contact tool system provides stable tool mounting at all spindle speeds.
  
  
• Ball screw core cooling system (X, Y and Z)
  Temperature controlled cooling oil is supplied to the cores of all ball screws. Displacement caused by thermal distortion is eliminated during extended periods of high speed operation.
